Global Technical Program Manager — Engineering Operations

Job summary

Razer is seeking a Technical Program Manager to run the operational side of a growing engineering organization in Singapore. You will act as the connective tissue between engineering, security, vendors and leadership, owning day-to-day operating cadence and cross-team coordination.

You will coordinate infosec/compliance workstreams, manage vendor relationships end-to-end and drive documentation and onboarding progress across systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a technical program manager, technical project manager, or engineering operations manager in a software company.
• Exposure to compliance or audit-adjacent programs (ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar) alongside engineering teams.
• Vendor or procurement management experience (SaaS contracts, procurement/EOR platforms, license management).
• Excellent written English.
• Fluent with Jira/Asana and Notion/Confluence; able to read technical material and hold your own in engineering discussions.

Responsibilities

• Run the operational side of a growing engineering organization; act as the connective tissue between engineering, security, vendors and leadership.
• Manage the team's operating rhythm: standups, status tracking, blockers, escalations and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate infosec and compliance workstreams, audits and policy rollouts between engineering and security stakeholders.
• Own vendor management end to end: contracts, renewals, procurement tracking and day-to-day contact for third-party providers.
• Maintain program artifacts: hiring/onboarding trackers, dependency maps, risk registers and transition plans.
