Job summary

Razer in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Manager II to lead AI program execution across capability development, platform engineering, and data engineering. You will set roadmaps and manage cross-functional teams from concept to production.

The role requires 8+ years in PM, Agile experience, and strong communication with executives. You will partner with engineering, product, and marketing to deliver AI initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in AI, data science, or software development.
• Proven track record of leading complex AI/ML initiatives in a fast-paced gaming/tech environment.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, model lifecycle management, and cloud-based AI deployment.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML lifecycle tools (MLflow, SageMaker, TensorFlow Serving, etc.)
• Background in AI-driven product development or AI/ML software engineering.
• Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading executive-level planning and reporting processes.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project roadmaps across multiple AI initiatives in gaming.
• Bridge technical and non-technical teams, communicating AI program objectives and managing interdependencies.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to align AI initiatives with company goals.
• Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with AI teams, data scientists, software developers, marketing and PR to manage lifecycles.
• Ensure AI models and products are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Own and improve the AI organization's operating rhythm (program reviews, release planning, dependencies).
• Define and track KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives.
• Manage program budgets and cost-effective AI implementations.
• Establish scalable program management practices to improve planning and execution.
