Job summary

Applied Materials South East Asia Pte Ltd is seeking engineers to develop procedures and BKMs for new products, support first build and test activities in the Apps lab, and coordinate cross-functional problem solving with QA, reliability, and manufacturing teams.

The role also involves documenting installation and maintenance procedures, creating customer-facing notices and manuals, and building training materials with Global Technical Training to prepare Customer Engineers and Process Engineers

Responsibilities

• Develop new procedures and BKMs to service new products and contribute to FMECA.
• Own or participate in first chamber Build & Test in Apps lab; address issues with Eng or Manufacturing.
• Collaborate with Q&R to review Top Field Issues; participate in CAPA and FA as needed.
• Create procedures to install, retrofit, and maintain products (Technical Product Manuals).
• Draft CENs, ISBs, and troubleshooting guides as required.
• Gather process data to build BKMs for products.
• Prepare initial training packages for new products; coordinate with Global Technical Training to train Customer Engineers, Process Engineers, and TPS assigned to customers prior to shipments.
