Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with ability to start May 2027.
• Up to 3 years of work experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication and customer service skills across phone, email, and messaging channels.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets, technology, and client-focused problem solving.
• Analytical, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and workflows while managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, authentication, and application-related issues.
• Support product installations, onboarding, and account access.
• Educate clients on Bloomberg products and workflows to build confidence and proficiency.
• Collaborate with colleagues across regions to resolve complex challenges and drive process improvements.
• Provide responsive support via phone, chat, and email to ensure a seamless client experience.
