Job summary

DePuy Synthes seeks a Sr. Director, Technology BU Interface – International, based in Leeds or Singapore. You will lead IT strategy and data initiatives across regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM, Canada) ensuring secure, reliable, end-to-end technology delivery and governance.

You will partner with regional leaders to translate business goals into roadmaps, advise on AI, analytics, automation, and drive value realization while navigating the separation plan and standalone readiness.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, digital transformation, operations or related leadership roles.
Minimum 7 years of senior leadership experience leading global cross-functional teams.
Proven end-to-end technology leadership across multiple functions (Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D).
Experience partnering directly with senior business executives to shape priorities and investments.
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technology strategy and execution for the international region across multiple functions.
Coordinate with global Technology, CTO and CISO to ensure secure, resilient regional execution.
Own regional technology demand management, portfolio health and executive governance.
Lead adoption of digital, data, AI capabilities aligned to growth priorities.
Balance local market needs with enterprise standards and platform harmonization.
