Job summary

Broadchains Fintech is seeking a senior recruitment leader to develop and drive global hiring for technical and product roles. You will lead a team of recruiters, partner with engineering and product leaders, and design interview frameworks and compensation strategies.

You will implement data-driven hiring practices, build scalable processes, and deliver consistent high-quality hires across multiple regions, shaping our technical talent pipeline for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record hiring for senior technical and product roles in a fast-paced global environment
• Strong understanding of global compensation structures and multi-region offer management
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and product roles across global markets
• Lead and mentor a team of technical recruiters, providing guidance on sourcing strategy, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to define role specifications, hiring scorecards, and interview frameworks
• Manage the full offer process including salary benchmarking, compensation structuring, and coordination with C&B and HR teams
• Drive data-driven recruitment practices, analyzing funnel metrics, time-to-hire, and pipeline health to inform hiring strategy
• Design and maintain recruitment SOPs and evaluation rubrics to ensure consistent hiring quality
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify competitive intelligence and emerging talent pools
