CPG Corporation is seeking a Group Tax & Governance professional in Singapore to manage tax compliance, provide advisory support, and drive policy alignment across multiple subsidiaries. You will liaise with external tax agents, coordinate transfer pricing, and assist in planning within regulatory frameworks.

The role requires ACCA incl. and 5 years of experience in related environments; Chinese language proficiency is a plus for stakeholder liaison.

Competenze

• Degree in Accounting with ACCA inclusion.
• 5 years of relevant experience; Built Environment or Facilities Management exposure is a plus.
• Proficient in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Manage Group tax compliance matters, including corporate income tax, GST/VAT, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Liaise with external tax agent on tax computation, filing, audit and other tax related matters for the Gorup of companies.
• Provide tax advisory support on business transactions, restructuring, contracts, and new initiatives.
• Assist in tax planning initiatives to optimise the Group’s tax position within regulatory frameworks.
• Support transfer pricing documentation and related compliance, where applicable.
• Draft, review, and update Group finance, tax, and governance-related policies and procedures (e.g. tax policy, delegation of authority, financial controls, accounting policies).
• Ensure policies are aligned with regulatory requirements, Group standards, and best practices.
• Coordinate policy roll-out across subsidiaries, including communication, training, and implementation support.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Group Finance and Management
