You will manage Group-wide tax compliance, monitor tax risk, and advise on cross-border transactions as the business scales. Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of international tax experience across multiple jurisdictions.
• Professional accounting qualification required (CPA/ACCA/CA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong technical skills in tax accounting and compliance.
• Experience in fintech or financial services is preferred.
• English proficiency required; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage Group-wide tax compliance across jurisdictions.
• Prepare and review quarterly/annual tax provisions, monitor ETR and cash tax position, and identify variances.
• Oversee tax balance sheet and P&L items, tax notes, and coordination with auditors.
• Liaise with tax authorities, external advisors, and internal stakeholders across regions.
• Advise on tax aspects of Group projects including mergers & acquisitions, cross-border transactions, restructurings, and tax incentives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to improve tax compliance, data analysis and reporting processes.
