Job summary

OKX Singapore seeks a Global Tax Reporting and Compliance Manager to lead international tax filings and positions across regions. You will partner with Finance, Legal and regional teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and robust tax governance.

The role focuses on Pillar 2 implementation across 15+ jurisdictions, risk monitoring, and building automation for tax processes. You will influence business decisions with deep tax insight and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international tax experience with Big 4/advisory and in-house roles.
• Strong tax accounting and compliance technical skills.
• Deep knowledge of Pillar 2 and Country-by-Country reporting.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance across the Group and jurisdictions with external advisors.
• Monitor tax risks, document key positions, and assess uncertain tax positions.
• Prepare quarterly tax provisions and monitor effective cash tax positions.
• Lead Pillar 2 implementation across 15+ jurisdictions with filings.
• Track global tax law changes and provide proactive tax solutions.
• Advise business teams on tax implications for decisions.
• Support audit, submissions, and dispute resolution with local teams.
• Drive process improvements, documentation standards, and automation.
• Collaborate with non-tax stakeholders across Business, Finance, Legal and Product.
