Job summary

Golden Energy and Resources Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee the group’s tax compliance and advisory matters in Singapore while actively supporting international tax initiatives across the group.

You will work with regional finance teams and senior leadership to ensure tax obligations are managed efficiently and to mitigate tax risks in a fast-paced environment. This role requires deep knowledge of Singapore tax rules, transfer pricing, and BEPS 2.0, with exposure to Australian tax

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of corporate tax experience in Big4 or large MNC.
• Up-to-date knowledge of Singapore tax regulations, transfer pricing guidelines, BEPS2.0/GloBE.
• Direct familiarity with Australian tax laws is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-border tax planning and transfer pricing strategies to optimize tax efficiency.
• Collaborate with local and overseas finance teams to review TP documentation and ensure timely filings.
• Manage group compliance with GloBE rules, calculate ETRs, and oversee CbC reporting.
