Confidential Jobs is seeking a Senior Manager, Tax to lead global tax planning and advisory initiatives at the group level. The role involves supporting business strategies, ensuring tax compliance, and driving tax efficiency across international operations.

You will work closely with senior tax and finance leadership and stakeholders across jurisdictions to navigate cross-border structures and regulatory changes, while contributing to strategic growth projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
• 10–15 years of relevant tax experience in multinational companies or Big 4/advisory firms.
• Experience in cross-border structuring and international tax regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead global tax planning and advisory initiatives.
• Oversee tax compliance and reporting processes across jurisdictions.
• Monitor and respond to regulatory developments (OECD Pillar 2, TP).
• Provide tax input on business initiatives, restructurings, and M&A.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and regional teams to optimize tax efficiency.
• Drive process improvements and adoption of tax technology tools.
