invites an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily tanker vessel operations across MR, LR1, LR2, and IMO 2 segments from Singapore, coordinating with teams in Singapore, Mumbai, Copenhagen and Houston to ensure safe, efficient voyage execution and high service quality. The role requires at least two years in tanker operations, strong maritime communication, solid IT documentation skills, and willingness to work flexible hours on a 24/7 roster and travel as needed.

Competenze

• At least two years of tanker operator experience or sailing on tanker vessels.
• Strong written and verbal maritime communication for coordination with vessels and teams.
• IT skills to update operational systems and documentation accurately.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures, rules, and official requirements in vessel operations.
• Available to work flexible hours, on a 24/7 duty roster, and travel when required.

Mansioni

• Execute daily vessel operations for regional tanker voyages with attention to safety and voyage optimization.
• Respond to operational queries from vessels, customers, and internal stakeholders with clear updates.
• Maintain operational records and update systems accurately, aligned with procedures and regulations.
• Support operational and corporate projects and arrange vessel or customer visits as needed.
