Keumur PTE LTD in Singapore is expanding its tanker operations team to strengthen trading logistics and end-to-end cargo handling.

The role involves maintaining communication between traders and back offices, handling wet cargo operations, lay time calculations, LC drafting, invoicing, and liaising with clients to ensure smooth processes. Reports to Head of Operations & Logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in trading operations / vessel logistics
• Ability to work in a high-stress fast-paced environment
• Experience with tanker operations is preferred

• Handle wet cargo operations as well as the necessary shipping and trade documentation
• Manage lay time calculations and vessel tracking
• Negotiate and draft letters of credit, documentation credits, invoicing as well as related contracts
• Liaise with clients and counterparties ensuring a smooth end to end process
• This role reports into the Head of Operations & Logistics
