Job summary

Inchcape Shipping Services is seeking an experienced Ops Lead to manage tanker calls and operational coordination for Singapore and Malaysia. You will oversee port calls, pre-arrival planning, documentation, and hands-on liaison with vessel Masters, traders, terminals and service providers.

The role requires extensive tanker agency experience, strong planning skills, and the ability to drive proactive updates while mitigating delays.

Qualifications

• Experience leading tanker agency operations with oil traders and charterers.
• Ability to manage multiple port calls across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong coordination with Masters, traders, terminals and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single operational contact for trader across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Manage Singapore port calls including pre-arrival planning, documentation and coordination.
• Oversee Malaysian calls via sub-agents and ensure consistent service standards across countries.
• Monitor ETA/ETB/ETC/ETD, bunkering, cargo progress, and potential delays.
• Record and investigate service failures or deviations.
