Job summary

Moody's Corporation seeks a Sourcing Specialist to build high-quality pipelines across specialist and hard-to-fill roles. You will engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and AI-enabled tools, collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to shape talent strategies.

You will work across regions (Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore) and ensure a high-quality candidate experience, ethical data practices, and timely outreach for current and future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience sourcing talent at scale across niche, specialist, or hard-to-find roles.
• Proficient in English and Chinese; Japanese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and build pipelines of passive candidates for niche roles across multiple areas.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, databases, AI-enabled tools and alternative channels to engage talent at scale.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability, market trends, and sourcing strategies.
• Develop and test creative sourcing strategies, talent maps, and outreach approaches to improve pipeline quality.
• Maintain the CRM with active pipelines, data accuracy, and timely follow-up.
