Job summary

foodpanda SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Talent Development Manager to drive TD initiatives across 18 markets. You will blend strategy, program management, instructional design, and facilitation to deliver learning solutions that engage and elevate performance.

You will lead a small TD team, collaborate with HR, and ensure platforms store, track, and report on progress. Strong English communication and adult-learning expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering impactful learning programs.
• Ability to run needs analyses and align learning with business goals.
• Experience leading and coaching a small team in TD.
• Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design (ADDIE/SAM).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning needs.
• Design, develop, and curate effective learning programs and content.
• Create high-quality learning materials and job aids with alignment to goals.
• Deliver and facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Manage Learning Platforms, track participation, and generate reports.
• Evaluate program impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HRBP, managers, and experts to align initiatives.
• Lead and develop a small Talent Development team.
• Stay current on L&D trends and promote a learning culture.
• Partner with external vendors when needed to supplement delivery.
