Job summary

foodpanda is seeking a Talent Development Manager to drive global L&D initiatives across multiple markets. You will design and deliver learning offerings, leveraging strategy, instructional design, and facilitation, while leading a small TD team and collaborating with HR partners.

You will shape learning programs, ensure high-quality experiences, and promote a culture of continuous development across the organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in learning and development with successful programs.
• Experience conducting needs assessments and aligning solutions with business goals.
• Experience leading and developing a team; strong stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of adult learning and instructional design (ADDIE/SAM).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and project management skills.
• Native or near-native English; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Needs Assessment & Analysis: identify skill gaps and learning requirements across departments.
• Program Design & Development: create engaging learning programs with multiple modalities.
• Content Creation: develop high-quality content, materials, and assessments.
• Delivery & Facilitation: lead in-person and virtual sessions; coach teams.
• Learning Technology Management: leverage LMS; track participation and generate reports.
• Evaluation & Measurement: implement evaluation strategies and provide insights.
