Job summary

Koch Business Solutions, part of the Global Travel & Expense team, provides centralized support for travel, corporate card, expense management, audit and compliance across Koch companies. The Business Process Analyst will support T&E auditing and card program governance, partnering with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance and efficient processes.

Requirements include a diploma/degree in Finance, Business or Accounting, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Excel/Chinese;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Effective communication skills across diverse and multicultural audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders in China.

Responsibilities

• T&E Auditing: Understand and apply T&E processes and global policies across business units.
• T&E Auditing: Manage a workbench of exceptions from an automated auditing tool.
• T&E Auditing: Apply logic to analysis of expense submissions and receipts.
• T&E Auditing: Ensure expense submissions comply with company policies.
• T&E Auditing: Use exceptions as teaching moments on policies and guiding principles.
• T&E Auditing: Identify high-risk patterns that could indicate fraud or misuse.
• T&E Auditing: Differentiate between abuse and negligence.
• T&E Auditing: Conduct pre-audit on T&E Expense for APAC region.
• T&E Auditing: Manage personal expense recovery and China reimbursement processes.
