Qualifikationen

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of business operations, factory planning, and supply chain flows.
• End-to-end supply chain experience including logistic, inventory control, and purchasing.
• Knowledge of International Trade regulation compliance procedures.
• Ability to prepare management-level presentations with clarity and impact.
• Skilled in operational data analysis and performance tracking (Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI).
• Able to manage multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.

• Responsible for driving efficiency and improvement within the global supply chain.
• Establish and manage customer relationships to capitalize on revenue growth opportunities.
• Accountable for the operational and financial performance of the customer account.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of customer relationship performance metrics and satisfaction.
• Communicate project status, risk and decisions to management clearly.
• Work closely with R&D on new projects.
• Understand the project critical path, schedule compression and recovery.
• Provide risk assessment and mitigation plans for decision making; create project plans, budgets and strategy.
• Anticipate roadblocks and escalate when appropriate.
• Ensure adequate capacity to meet demand and manage supply chain disruptions.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives through streamlined processes and systems.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels to optimize supply chain performance.
• Manage supply chain projects and ensure timely delivery of new processes or enhancements.
• Develop and implement strategy for optimal inventory control.
