Job summary

Morrison Express is seeking a Supply Chain Security Manager to lead security programs across global transport networks, align with client security requirements, and drive risk management initiatives. The role oversees investigations, policy governance, and compliance across APAC and other regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
TAPA (FSR/TSR) Auditor certification preferred; CPP/CFE are strong plus.
Formal training or demonstrated expertise in global supply chain security programs (C-TPAT, AEO, TSA/IAC).
Proficient in MS Office applications for contract review, data analysis, audit documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor regional Security Managers; set KPIs and manage resource allocation across regions.
Establish and enforce global security policies, risk frameworks, and governance standards.
Direct global transport security programs, ensuring SOPs and certifications across air, ocean, and ground networks.
Serve as global security contact for key accounts, guiding audits, RFPs, and contract SLAs to support sales growth.
Oversee major investigations into cargo theft, fraud, and security breaches; coordinate with law enforcement and insurers.
