• Excellent presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to build credible relationships with law enforcement.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (overnight).

Responsibilities

• Maintain established security standards and shrink controls across all locations in APAC.
• Lead Incident and Crisis Management for the geographic area.
• Oversee proactive training and risk assessments at stores.
• Coordinate with Protect/Global Protection leadership on risk and security implementations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and corporate security on investigations.
