Job summary

OPSWAT, a global leader in critical infrastructure cybersecurity, is building a hands-on Director of Supply Chain in Singapore to architect a world-class capability from the ground up. You will own strategy, QA/QC, warehouse execution, vendor relationships, and compliance.

You will lead a cross-functional team, define the operating model, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery across APAC and globally, while partnering with Product, Creative, and GTM teams to elevate packaging and branding.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in hardware supply chain operations.
• Experience with global logistics and procurement.
• Experience building capabilities, not just running them.
• ERP, NetSuite, inventory control experience.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale supply chain capability.
• Own full picture: strategy to execution.
• Lead QA/QC across hardware assembly and testing.
• Oversee warehouse operations and fulfillment.
• Vendor and logistics management.
• Ensure export regulations compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, GTM.
