Job summary

tembusu institute pte. ltd. in Singapore seeks a role to drive international student recruitment, expanding overseas agent networks across Southeast Asia, Greater China, South Asia and Central Asia, while achieving enrollment targets and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage agent onboarding, training on courses and admission requirements, monitor performance and compliance, and represent the institute at education fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3–5+ years in business development, international student recruitment or education sector.
• Knowledge of Singapore PEI, EduTrust and Student Pass requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and expand overseas recruitment agent networks across Southeast Asia, Greater China, South Asia and Central Asia.
• Identify and appoint recruitment partners and negotiate agency agreements.
• Conduct agent onboarding, product briefings and training on courses, admission requirements and student pass processes.
• Build strong relationships with key agents through regular engagement, visits and webinars.
• Ensure agents comply with Singapore PEI, EduTrust and Student Pass requirements.
