Job summary

Role Summary

Responsible for driving international student recruitment, developing overseas recruitment agent networks, achieving enrollment targets, and identifying new market opportunities while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage and expand overseas recruitment agent networks including Southeast Asia, Greater China, South Asia and Central Asia market.
• Identify and appoint suitable recruitment partners and negotiate agency agreements.
• Conduct agent onboarding, product briefings and training on courses, admission requirements and student pass processes.
• Build strong relationships with key agents through regular engagement, visits and webinars.
• Ensure agents comply with relevant Singapore PEI, CPE and EduTrust requirements.
• Monitor agent performance, marketing materials and compliance; conduct regular reviews and audits.
• Drive student recruitment and enrollment targets across assigned markets.
• Manage the student recruitment pipeline in collaboration with Admissions.
• Represent the institute at overseas education fairs, roadshows and recruitment events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and regional student demand.
• Recommend new market opportunities, programmes and promotional strategies.
• Prepare regular recruitment and performance reports for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, international student recruitment or the education sector.
• Good knowledge of Singapore PEI, EduTrust and Student’s Pass requirements.
• Established network of international student recruitment agents is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and relationship management skills.
• CRM and pipeline management experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally; multilingual skills are an advantage.
