Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in student recruitment or admissions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and recruitment software.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, fairs, and community events.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international educational partners and agencies.
• Coordinate and manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience for applicants.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and families throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
