Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment-related software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of international education systems and trends is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective student recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets.
• Conduct outreach activities, including school visits, fairs, and community events, to promote the school and attract prospective students.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and international educational partners and agencies.
• Coordinate and manage the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for applicants.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students and their families throughout the application process.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
