Revolut Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive scalable processes and strategic initiatives across our Singapore footprint.

You will shape how we expand, optimize operations, and deliver faster, more reliable outcomes for customers. In this role you will collaborate with the local operations team and London HQ, define priorities, and build playbooks, vendor partnerships, and performance metrics to accelerate growth while maintaining a high standard

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, expansion, or fast-growing startups.
• Degree in a STEM or highly quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Interest in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable processes to support Revolut's growth in Singapore.
• Collaborate with local Operations and HQ on playbooks and integrations.
• Define prioritization and strategy with timelines.
• Identify and pursue new features to enhance customer experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance tracking.
