Job summary

Revolut Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to drive scalable processes and strategic initiatives across our Singapore footprint.

You will shape how we expand, optimize operations, and deliver faster, more reliable outcomes for customers. In this role you will collaborate with the local operations team and London HQ, define priorities, and build playbooks, vendor partnerships, and performance metrics to accelerate growth while maintaining a high standard

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, expansion, or fast-growing startups.
• Degree in a STEM or highly quantitative field.
• Proven ability to lead complex projects end to end.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making.
• Interest in financial services.

Responsibilities

What you'll be doing

• Building and optimising scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth in Singapore

• Working with the local Operations team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks, product integrations, and air-tight execution of Revolut products

• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a strategy and timeline to reach goals quickly

• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience

• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems

• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, expansion, a fast-growing startup, or similar

• A degree in a STEM or other highly quantitative field of study

• A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end to end

• The ability to break down difficult problems into simpler ones

• To enjoy working with data

• Natural curiosity and a will to make an impact

• An interest in the financial industry
