Job summary

Chow Tai Fook Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management for its Store Design Team to lead construction initiatives across new openings, renovations and refurbishments in Asia Pacific.

You will oversee planning, budgets, vendor negotiations, and ensure brand standards, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, Mandarin and English fluency, proficiency in AutoCAD/MS Project, and willingness to travel within the Asia region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture, Design, Project or Construction Management.
• 5–7 years’ managerial experience in store design, openings and renovations (retail).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of supplier contract management, production processes, and capex finance.

Responsibilities

• Execute store development strategy and develop project plans for openings/renovations.
• Oversee project preparation, execution, timelines, quality and budget adherence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and regulations; supplier/contracts negotiations.
• Develop and track project budgets and procurement framework to drive cost and speed.
• Lead tendering processes with fairness and transparency; coordinate with design team.
