Job summary

Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced sales leader to manage sales of flat steel products and expand the company's presence in overseas markets.

You will build and maintain relationships with mills, customers and industry stakeholders, drive new business opportunities, and execute management's strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Travel readiness is required. The role requires a proven background in steel merchandising, strong knowledge of HRC, CRC and GI,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in steel merchandising and trading.
• Strong knowledge of steel products including Hot Rolled Coil (HRC), Cold Rolled Coil (CRC), and Galvanised Iron (GI).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a multinational environment.
• Established network of industry contacts with a track record of driving revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales of flat steel products while expanding business presence in overseas markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with mills, customers, and industry stakeholders to drive new business opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and timely fulfilment of needs.
• Execute business strategies set by management to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and strengthen market positioning.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support business decisions and track performance.
