Job summary

Baosteel Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to drive the strategic growth of our tubular steel business across Southeast Asia and South Asia. The role requires deep industry knowledge and a track record of delivering results in large iron & steel enterprises.

You will lead sales initiatives, analyze markets, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure major orders while staying informed about global steel trends and policy dynamics.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in large iron & steel enterprises.
• At least 5 years in sales or marketing management.
• Strong Mandarin and English communication.
• Familiar with Baoshan Iron & Steel product portfolio.
• Deep understanding of Southeast Asia and South Asia trade environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the promotion and sales of Baosteel's tubular steel products in Southeast Asia.
• Analyze steel product applications to identify key customer segments.
• Develop and implement localized marketing strategies for SEA and SA.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure major steel orders.

Baosteel Singapore Pte Ltd (Baosteel) is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to support the strategic growth of our steel business, with a key focus on Southeast and South Asian markets. The ideal candidate will bring extensive industry expertise, international exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the promotion and sales of Baosteel's Tubular steel products, including seamless, welded in the Southeast Asia market.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of steel product applications to identify and engage key customer segments aligned with Baosteel's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement localized marketing strategies based on trade policies and market dynamics in Southeast Aisa and South Asia.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure major steel orders through strategic planning, technical evaluation, and coordinated execution.
• Stay abreast of global steel industry trends, technologies, and market developments.

Requirements

• Be familiar with steel products production technology, products knowledge, and have more than 10 years of working experience in large Iron & Steel enterprises. Familiar with the supply and demand environment of the steel industry, familiar with the new cutting-edge development technology and products of the steel industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing management roles.
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• Familiarity with the full product portfolio and market position of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the geopolitical and trade environments in Southeast Asia and South Asia.
• Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex challenges independently.
