Job summary

Airwallex, a Singapore-based global fintech, seeks a Solutions Strategy Manager (IC) to scale the Solutions organization. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, delivery, and technical enablement, translating leadership priorities into operating mechanisms and building reusable tools and assets to improve delivery speed and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong program management instincts and ability to bring structure to ambiguous cross-functional work.
• Comfortable operating in technical environments and collaborating with Solutions Engineers, Product, and engineering teams.
• Ability to move between strategy and execution: frameworks, narratives, cadences, and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic programs that improve how the Solutions organization operates globally, including capacity planning and prioritization.
• Drive the evolution of the Solutions strategic backlog with scoped initiatives, owners, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Improve operating discipline with hygiene standards, status models, and workload visibility.
• Build and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms for Solutions leadership with clear owners and actions.
• Partner with regional leads to define engagement criteria, delivery frameworks, and role clarity across teams.
• Stand up and manage the Solution team’s Feature Builder Program operating layer with governance and adoption metrics.
• Work with DevX, Product, and engineering to improve self-serve support, AI workflows, and reusable assets.
• Drive structured voice-of-customer and product feedback loops to influence docs, tooling, and product decisions.
