Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Singapore to collaborate with Engineering, Product and Sales to deliver a world‑class, end‑to‑end customer experience, including multi-system API integrations and live demonstrations.

The candidate will design solutions with partners, develop PoCs on Airwallex platforms, troubleshoot integrations, and guide projects from pre‑sales to delivery, working with stakeholders up to C‑level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with strong academic record.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing engineering role such as solution consultant, solutions architect or sales engineer.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate with customers, partners and engineering teams.
• Experience with at least one major programming language (PHP, Ruby, Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs into web applications.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions with account executives to address clients' business challenges across pre-sales, design and implementation.
• Develop proofs of concept on Airwallex platforms and present technical demonstrations to clients.
• Identify and troubleshoot integration issues and ensure adherence to best practices for developer experience.
• Provide strategic insights to product teams to streamline implementation and accelerate time to go live.
• Own deliverables in the end-to-end project lifecycle and ensure alignment with project plans.
