Job summary

AMD in Singapore is seeking a senior Diagnostics leader to guide a global team responsible for high-speed interconnect and system-level coverage. You will shape validation strategy, resolve complex hardware/software challenges, and push for quality and timely delivery.

The role requires steering pre-silicon emulation strategies, collaborating with hardware teams, and advancing production-screening patterns to improve test efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software or firmware teams delivering complex, cross-functional products.
• Hands-on background in diagnostics, device drivers, firmware, embedded software, or large-scale Linux systems.
• Strong collaboration with hardware designers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quality, coverage, and diagnostics for Data Center and Server programs.
• Define strategy, goals, risks, and requirements for diagnostics, tools, and frameworks.
• Drive pre-silicon and post-silicon validation across RTL and emulation models.
• Coordinate with global teams to meet milestones and delivery targets.
• Develop talent and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
