Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices in Singapore offers an exciting internship opportunity in Diagnostics Design engineering. You will collaborate with AMD leaders, receive mentorship, and partake in networking events to gain hands-on experience for AMD’s next generation technology innovations.

You will design, implement and verify diagnostics tests for processor qualification and production test suites, debug HW/SW issues, analyze fall out boards to improve test time and efficiency, and build automation

Qualifications

• Good knowledge and experience in software programming (C++, scripting).
• Familiarity with PC/system, GPU and CPU hardware architectures.
• Experience with software development and debugging in Linux.
• Source control systems (Git, SVN, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and verify diagnostics tests for processor qualification and production test suites.
• Debug HW and SW problems.
• Analyze fall out boards to improve test time and efficiency.
• Build and debug automation tools/scripts.
