Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and debugging skills for PCIe hardware and systems.
• Proficient with Linux environments and scripting for automation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, fault isolation, and failure analysis across PCIe accelerator cards, FPGA boards, DPUs, SmartNICs, and servers.
• Lead end-to-end customer return investigations from screening to root cause determination and corrective action recommendations.
• Replicate customer environments to reproduce failures and validate fixes in a lab setup.
• Analyze interactions among hardware, firmware, drivers, and OS to identify failure mechanisms.
• Collaborate with design, firmware, validation, silicon, and manufacturing teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain diagnostic workflows, test methods, and automation scripts to improve efficiency.
• Publish 8D reports and share diagnostic methodologies with global teams.
