Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a Principle/Senior MTS SLT Product Development Engineer to define and drive SLT solutions for DCG. You will collaborate with architecture, design and test teams to balance quality and cost while leading initiatives across distributed product engineering groups.

Qualifications

• Extensive GPU and x86 architecture knowledge.
• Solid understanding of SoC design and power management features.
• Experience with firmware and software interaction and system-level testing.
• Proficient in programming and scripting languages (Java, Python, Shell, Perl, Ruby).
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of HBM/HSIO and data center infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive and develop SLT solutions to meet milestones, cost and quality in system level area.
• Lead development and implementation of SLT solutions and address complex problems.
• Conduct engineering evaluations and analyze production issues to close gaps.
• Develop and architect SLT logging or data collection flow in manufacturing.
• Influence technical decisions impacting final product.
• Collaborate across architecture, design, product & test teams on projects.
• Provide technical supervision or mentoring to junior engineers.
• Upscale team capabilities in low-level system debugging for AMD data center products.
