Job summary

AMD is seeking a collaborative technical leader to guide a global Diagnostics team responsible for high-speed interconnect and system-level coverage on Data Center and Server platforms. You will shape validation strategy, tackle complex hardware/software challenges, and apply modern development practices to improve quality and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Leadership experience delivering complex, cross-functional products.
Hands-on background in diagnostics, device drivers, firmware, or large-scale Linux system software.
Solid understanding of PC/SoC/GPU architecture, PCIe, memory subsystems and caches.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Diagnostics quality and coverage for Data Center and Server programs.
Define goals, risks and requirements for Diagnostics tools and frameworks.
Drive hardware-software dependencies to achieve feature coverage and bug capture targets.
Own SoC system-level validation methodology including multi-IP verification and power/performance evaluation.
Develop pre-silicon emulation strategy across software/hardware models.
Extend diagnostics into ATE and functional-test production screening.
Collaborate with global teams to meet milestones and deliveries.
Improve coverage, reduce test time, and drive innovation.
