Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Support to manage all shipments end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timely delivery and proper documentation. You will create shipping labels, coordinate with forwarders and carriers, and maintain accurate shipping records.

Key duties include arranging bookings for sea and air freight, handling documents (BL, CO, invoices, packing lists), ensuring compliance with import/export regulations, and supporting QA and master data

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Min 3 years of experience in shipping/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit documentation will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PortNet, TradeNet and Invoicing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end shipping operations (Sea, Air, FCL, LCL etc).
• Ensure timely shipment booking for delivery to meet OTIF.
• Ensure correct selection of carriers and shipment route for every delivery.
• Create shipment documentation such as delivery note, picking list, invoices, shipment labels, Quality Certificate; ensure timely and correct.
• Coordinate bookings, documentation (HBL, MBL, COO, permits, GST) and custom clearance.
• Timely application for insurance, Cert of origin application/ SICC & FTA, export permit.
• Liaise with QA on Quality Certificate and prepare it timely and correctly for customers.
• Mange Letter of Credit negotiation.
• Lead and support ad hoc projects and additional assignments by the manager.
