OAKTREE CONSULTING in Singapore seeks a logistics coordinator to manage import/export documents for air, land and sea freight. You will coordinate with forwarders, clients and warehouse staff to ensure timely shipments and accurate invoicing.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years shipping experience, a Diploma in logistics, and proficiency in MS Excel/Word and Navision 365. Knowledge of HS codes and Incoterms is a plus, with strong customer service skills required.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in logistics/supply chain.
• 1–3 years shipping experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and MS Word; basic Navision Navision 365 knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Handle import/export shipping documentation (Land/Air/Sea).
• Liaise with forwarding agents, clients and warehouse team.
• Ensure timely dispatch of goods and billing accuracy.
