Job summary

Hupo is seeking a Talent Lead to drive senior and leadership hiring as we scale across APAC, EU, and the US. This is a hands-on role to find, engage, and close experienced operators and leaders, and to build scalable systems for rigorous, repeatable senior hiring.

You will own end-to-end hiring for senior roles in engineering, product, AI, and GTM, map talent, negotiate complex offers including equity, and partner with founders to craft compelling outreach and a strong employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle global recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring senior, staff, or leadership roles in a high-growth startup or in-house tech environment.
• Proven success closing senior technical talent and senior revenue roles across US and APAC.
• Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping skills with passive candidate engagement.
• Experience negotiating complex senior offers including equity and relocation.
• Proficient with ATS and sourcing tools: Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for senior, staff, principal, and leadership roles across engineering, product, AI, and GTM.
• Run targeted searches for experienced talent across senior engineers, AI/ML leads, enterprise sales leaders, and functional heads.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive candidates and nurture them over time.
• Map talent across competitors and top AI labs to build a proactive pipeline.
• Lead complex offer negotiations and close candidates who are not actively looking.
• Maintain and optimize ATS, pipelines, and recruiting workflows.
• Track funnel metrics and advise leadership on compensation benchmarks.
• Support headcount planning and timelines.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms.
