Hupo, an AI-powered revenue enablement platform, is scaling its People function to attract top-tier engineering, product, AI, and GTM talent globally. The Director of People will lead end-to-end recruitment, build a data-driven People operation, and partner with founders to design workforce planning and organizational design across international hubs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a senior People, HR, or People Operations leadership role in a high-growth start-up environment.
• Deep experience sourcing, evaluating, and closing top-tier startup talent across technical (software/AI) and revenue roles.
• Proven capability using metrics, conversion tracking, headcount modeling, and compensation data to solve talent and organizational challenges.
• Track record of scaling teams rapidly in a fast-paced tech startup environment.
• Experience navigating international employment, compliance, and culture across distributed teams (APAC, EU, US).

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, AI, and GTM. Sourced, assess, and close tier-one talent in a competitive market.
• Build a talent acquisition engine to track, analyze, and optimize funnel metrics (time-to-fill, candidate conversion rates, offer acceptance rates, and quality-of-hire).
• Position Hupo as a global top-tier employer for AI and SaaS talent.
• Utilize workforce planning metrics, compensation benchmarking, and retention data to guide executive decisions on headcount, organizational design, and capacity planning.
• Build lightweight, scalable People systems and policies across APAC, EU, and US hubs.
• Design mechanisms to reinforce our company culture through rapid revenue and headcount growth.
• Implement simple, high-impact performance frameworks, feedback loops, and goal-setting systems (OKRs) that foster high accountability.
• Monitor team health, eNPS, and retention trends to proactively resolve organizational bottlenecks before they impact performance.

Your goal is to align talent scaling directly with revenue expansion by bringing in first-class engineering, product, and commercial talent. Over the long term, you will architect a data-driven, full-funnel People operation to ensure that Hupo remains lean, high-performing, and scalable as we hit future growth benchmarks.

What You'll Do

High-Velocity Talent Acquisition

• Lead end-to-end recruiting across engineering, product, AI, and GTM. Sourced, assess, and close tier-one talent in a competitive market.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in a senior People, HR, or People Operations leadership role in a high-growth start-up environment.

• Experience navigating international employment, compliance, and culture across distributed teams (APAC, EU, US).

• Ability to seamlessly shift between executive strategy/org design and tactical candidate sourcing and closing.

• Experience partnering with founders, executives, and managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
