Job summary

Univers is seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to design and drive the recruitment strategy across Singapore, Europe and North America. You will balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, campus engagement, employer branding, and early-career programme development.

You will advise business leaders, build global pipelines for critical roles, coach the TA team, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while aligning with Univers' growth in AI, data, software and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Singapore, Europe, UK, and North America.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business growth and workforce plans.
• Partner with Hiring Managers, HR Partners, and senior leaders to understand talent needs.
• Manage recruitment across technical, commercial, product, operations, corporate, and leadership roles.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles.
• Conduct direct sourcing, talent mapping, and headhunting.
• Lead executive and senior-level recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the lifecycle.
