Job summary

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/NITEC or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering, with experience in semiconductor equipment field service and strong

Qualifications

Diploma/NITEC or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Technology.
Experience in field service and customer support for semiconductor equipment.
Proficient troubleshooting skills in PCB, PC hardware, and software.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Deliver worldwide field service support to maintain operational reliability and improve customer satisfaction with company products.
Provide technical service and applications support to distributors and customers to diagnose and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
Communicate clearly with distributors and customers to identify technical problems and implement timely solutions.
Develop and implement cost-effective technical solutions to address customer queries and enhance product performance.
Manage service tasks and customer interactions independently with accountability.
Travel overseas as required to support field service operations and fulfil customer needs.
