Job summary

AlpSoft Technologies Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable Field Service Technician to appraise, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical products, and manage end-to-end servicing from installation to after-sales support.

You will perform installation and commissioning, provide frontline support for field service activities, and report findings to enable informed decisions. Experience in semiconductor environments is preferred; a hands-on, motivated, disciplined mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Nitec/ Diploma in Engineering.
• Demonstrates good hands-on approach to work.
• A high level of motivation, disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Experience working in Semiconductor.

Responsibilities

• Appraise, troubleshoot, repair mechanical products.
• End-to-end servicing from installation, commissioning to after sales services
• Perform Installation and commissioning activities.
• Provide front line support for key field service activities, including fault finding, rectification and planned maintenance.
• Provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions on actions.
