Responsibilities

• Review and investigate client and transaction screening alerts using screening platforms.
• Apply OFAC sanctions and KYC requirements; validate matches.
• Document decisions with evidence; ensure audit-ready records.
• Read Japanese and Chinese documents to support investigations.
• Manage shared mailboxes and conduct inquiries to close gaps.
• Meet SLAs and maintain confidentiality and quality.
• Analyze trends, prepare management reporting, and improve processes.
• Support technology enhancements and user acceptance testing.
