Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to read and write Japanese at JLPT N3 level or higher.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a regulatory environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality in a risk‑intensive setting and strict confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with timely decision‑making.
• Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to change.
• Familiarity with SLAs and performance metrics.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Aufgaben

• Review and investigate alerts using screening platforms and research tools.
• Apply sanctions and AML requirements, including OFAC and other regimes.
• Collaborate with global partners to resolve cases and ensure standards.
• Manage shared mailboxes, perform alert screening, and conduct inquiries to close gaps.
• Maintain high productivity while meeting SLAs and targets.
• Stay current with policy and procedure changes and apply them daily.
