Job summary

SINGAPORE TECHNOLOGIES ENGINEERING LTD seeks a Global SuccessFactors Project and Functional Lead to drive a global SAP SuccessFactors transformation programme. You will partner with HR, IT, and external partners to manage strategy through implementation, deployment, and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, HR, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of the global SAP SuccessFactors project.
• Drive consolidation of HRIS platforms into a single global SuccessFactors landscape.
• Define/manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
