Accenture is seeking a SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead to drive design, configuration, and delivery of compensation solutions within a global enterprise. Lead end-to-end delivery across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local requirements.

You will shape salary planning, bonuses, and merit-based pay while coordinating with Employee Central, Performance Management, and Payroll integrations to ensure data accuracy and governance.

Qualifications

8+ years in HR technology with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
Proven experience as a Compensation Lead or Senior Consultant on large-scale, global HR transformation programs.
Experience handling multi-instance SAP SF compensation landscapes across global entities and currencies.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay across multiple instances.
Define global compensation templates, plans, and workflows with regional variations.
Translate compensation rules into scalable configurations and ensure alignment with business strategy.
