g2 comtech asia pte. ltd. seeks a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the design and delivery of integration and reporting solutions across a global enterprise with multiple business clusters and legal entities.

The role leads system integration, data flows, and reporting architecture across SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and HR tools, ensuring accurate data exchange and actionable insights for business decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and reporting.
Experience as Integration or Reporting Lead.
Experience in multi-instance global environments.
Deep knowledge of SuccessFactors data structures across modules.

Responsibilities

Define and own the integration strategy and architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances and connected systems.
Lead the design and delivery of integrations across SuccessFactors modules, non-SAP systems, and legacy tools.
Define and manage interface specifications, data mappings, and transformation logic.
Oversee integration build, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities.
Define the reporting strategy and architecture, and deliver HR reports and dashboards.
